The Lawsuit: “Blatantly False. Recklessly Malicious.”
Kardashian and Jenner’s lawsuit slams Ray J’s allegations as “blatantly false” and “calculated falsehoods.”
“No such federal investigation exists,” it states.
“No law enforcement agency has initiated any criminal proceedings or investigations related to racketeering against Ms. Kardashian or Ms. Jenner. No credible evidence whatsoever supports these inflammatory claims.”
The lawsuit adds that the pair has endured “substantial harm to their reputations, livelihoods, and emotional well-being.”
Their attorney, powerhouse lawyer Alex Spiro, told Page Six:
“Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian have never brought a defamation claim before, nor have they been distracted by noise — but this false and serious allegation left them no choice.”
